Pennsylvania's southwest emergency response group - Region 13 selects the Knowledge Center(R) for incident and event management. The Knowledge Center(R) will provide emergency managers with tools for decision support, information management, analysis, and communications - integrating resources at the local, county, state, and federal levels through a 'virtual collaborative environment'.
